My research focus are product quality and development in Postharvest Technology. There are several aspect that could influence food quality such as agronomic practice, pest and disease management, and off course postharvest treatment i.e. harvest time, drying, freezing, cooling, packaging, storage. I like to do image process experiment since the technology amaze me, and it drive me to learn about fast technology to determine food quality. Now I learn about Near Infra Red to determine coffee quality.
